DegenSeatbelt is an informational subscription service that publishes a daily, automated market-risk assessment ("the Seatbelt"). It is general market commentary generated by software from public data sources.

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. We do not provide personalized recommendations, trade signals, price predictions, or guarantees of any kind. Outputs describe general market conditions only. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. DegenSeatbelt is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary.

Backtested and historical figures are not promises of future results. Data may be delayed, proxied, incomplete, or wrong; the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Pro is a $7/month recurring subscription billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal or by emailing support; cancellation stops future charges and Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. If you are unhappy for any reason, request a refund within 7 days of any charge and we will grant it.

One account per person. No scraping, reselling, or redistributing the service's outputs at scale without permission. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DegenSeatbelt's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Contact: support@degenseatbelt.com.
