How do I cancel?

Email support@degenseatbelt.com or use the Stripe billing portal link from your receipt. Cancellation stops future charges immediately; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.

How do refunds work?

Any charge is refundable on request within 7 days, no questions asked. Email us with the address you subscribed with.

My magic link didn't arrive

Check spam for mail from degenseatbelt.com. Links expire after 15 minutes, so request a fresh one from the sign-in page. Still stuck? Email us.

I paid but Pro isn't active

Pro activates automatically within a minute of payment. If it hasn't, sign out and back in with the same email you paid with. If it still isn't active, email us and we'll fix it same-day.
